人(ren)保財險(xian)科技(ji)(ji)運營部(bu)(bu)自2019年(nian)(nian)以(yi)來探索引入RPA技(ji)(ji)術,打(da)(da)造數(shu)字員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),將大(da)量重復且規(gui)則明(ming)確的(de)業(ye)務(wu)操(cao)作(zuo)由機器(qi)人(ren)自動執行替代人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)操(cao)作(zuo),節省員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在機械、重復、耗(hao)時(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)上(shang)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量和(he)(he)時(shi)間,使員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)可以(yi)從事更有價(jia)值(zhi)和(he)(he)創(chuang)造性的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),有效提(ti)升運營效能和(he)(he)人(ren)力績效。經過兩年(nian)(nian)左右的(de)不斷嘗(chang)試并積(ji)累(lei)經驗,2022年(nian)(nian),科技(ji)(ji)運營部(bu)(bu)將數(shu)字員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)平(ping)臺項目納(na)入人(ren)保財險(xian)“三化”建(jian)設首批項目清(qing)單,通過建(jian)章立制、組建(jian)CoE(Center of Excellence,一般稱卓越中心,負責統(tong)籌推(tui)動RPA應用)、深挖(wa)場景、打(da)(da)造平(ping)臺、強化管控、技(ji)(ji)術創(chuang)新等舉措,自上(shang)而下有組織(zhi)地推(tui)動RPA系統(tong)化、規(gui)范(fan)化、規(gui)模化應用,促(cu)進降本增(zeng)效,助力公司運營自動化和(he)(he)數(shu)字化轉(zhuan)型(xing)。

RPA數字員工概述
RPA是(shi)運用(yong)智能軟件模擬(ni)并增(zeng)強人與計算機的(de)(de)交互過程,執行規則化(hua)、重復性任務的(de)(de)軟件解決方案,是(shi)當前金融科技(ji)的(de)(de)熱點。基于RPA技(ji)術和工(gong)具可以打造具備真實員工(gong)工(gong)作能力的(de)(de)虛(xu)擬(ni)化(hua)數字員工(gong)。

人保財險的實踐經驗
建章立制(zhi),為規范化應(ying)用奠(dian)定(ding)基(ji)礎
2022年2月,由(you)科(ke)技運(yun)(yun)(yun)營部牽頭起(qi)草,人(ren)保財險印發了《RPA建設(she)運(yun)(yun)(yun)營管理辦(ban)法(試(shi)行(xing))》(以(yi)下簡(jian)稱(cheng)《管理辦(ban)法》)和RPA需求審核與后評估、RPA流程設(she)計開(kai)發、RPA流程運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)維護三個配套規范(fan)(fan)以(yi)及相應(ying)的文檔(dang)模板。這是(shi)人(ren)保財險首次就RPA建設(she)運(yun)(yun)(yun)營發布制度規范(fan)(fan),填(tian)補了相關領域(yu)的空白。
《管(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)》明(ming)確了(le)RPA建設和運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)遵(zun)循統籌規(gui)(gui)劃、集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)管(guan)理(li)、高(gao)效(xiao)協同、規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)合規(gui)(gui)原則;明(ming)確了(le)總(zong)部(bu)及各分公(gong)司、科(ke)技部(bu)門、業務部(bu)門以(yi)及數字化運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)項目組在RPA建設運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)工作中(zhong)(zhong)的職責;明(ming)確了(le)RPA從需求管(guan)理(li)、流(liu)程設計開發、發布部(bu)署、運(yun)(yun)(yun)行維護以(yi)及后評估(gu)的全(quan)(quan)生命(ming)周期(qi)管(guan)理(li)要求。《管(guan)理(li)辦法(fa)》及配套規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)是開展RPA建設運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)工作的基本指引,為建立(li)健(jian)全(quan)(quan)RPA建設運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)(ying)體系、推動RPA規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)化應用(yong)奠定了(le)良好基礎。
組建(jian)CoE,打造總分協同高效團隊
人(ren)保(bao)財(cai)險由科(ke)技運(yun)(yun)營部統(tong)籌(chou)(chou)管理RPA建設和(he)運(yun)(yun)營,各省級分公司科(ke)技運(yun)(yun)營部負責開展轄(xia)內RPA需求的(de)收集(ji)、統(tong)籌(chou)(chou)和(he)初審,鼓勵具備自主開發能(neng)力的(de)分公司通過(guo)總分協同模式承擔本(ben)分公司的(de)RPA流程設計開發工作,總部各部門及各數字化(hua)運(yun)(yun)營項目組負責本(ben)條線RPA需求的(de)收集(ji)、統(tong)籌(chou)(chou)和(he)初審,并配合做(zuo)好流程的(de)部署、運(yun)(yun)維、優化(hua)以及需求后評(ping)估等工作。
依據上述職(zhi)責分(fen)工,科技運營部牽頭組建(jian)了總分(fen)協同(tong)、科技與業(ye)務高(gao)效(xiao)聯(lian)動的(de)RPA建(jian)設與運營團隊,即中心式的(de)CoE。團隊涵蓋(gai)總分(fen)公司(si)科技、業(ye)務人員,定期召開(kai)項(xiang)目(mu)例會,每(mei)月編制并發(fa)(fa)布數(shu)字員工項(xiang)目(mu)月報,舉辦RPA制度宣導(dao)與流程開(kai)發(fa)(fa)技術培訓,促(cu)進相互學習借鑒,共同(tong)提升應用成(cheng)效(xiao)。
深挖場景,擴大數(shu)字員(yuan)工規模范圍
考(kao)慮到(dao)開發資源(yuan)、產品許可的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)量有限,為實(shi)現(xian)更(geng)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)投入(ru)產出,人(ren)保(bao)財險結合(he)RPA技術特點,明(ming)確(que)RPA需求準(zhun)入(ru)標(biao)準(zhun),要(yao)求需求應(ying)同時滿足(zu)以(yi)下五項標(biao)準(zhun)方可使(shi)用(yong)RPA:基于明(ming)確(que)的(de)(de)(de)業務規則、大量重復的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)工操作、難以(yi)或短期無法通過系統改(gai)造(zao)實(shi)現(xian)、穩定運行的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)流程,以(yi)及結構(gou)化或可結構(gou)化的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)入(ru)數(shu)據。
數字(zi)員工建設運(yun)營團隊通過(guo)訪談、研(yan)討(tao)、問卷調查、實地調研(yan)、頭腦風(feng)暴、經驗(yan)分享(xiang)等(deng)(deng)多種方式深入挖(wa)掘符合上述標準的應用場(chang)景,同時積極(ji)推動可統頒應用流程(cheng)的開發和推廣,持續擴大應用場(chang)景規模和覆(fu)蓋(gai)范圍。截(jie)至2022年11月底,人保(bao)財(cai)險(xian)(xian)(xian)數字(zi)員工已覆(fu)蓋(gai)財(cai)務(wu)、客服、車險(xian)(xian)(xian)承保(bao)、車險(xian)(xian)(xian)理賠(pei)(pei)、非車理賠(pei)(pei)、農險(xian)(xian)(xian)業務(wu)等(deng)(deng)9個領域;惠及(ji)車險(xian)(xian)(xian)核保(bao)崗(gang)(gang)、會計核算(suan)(suan)崗(gang)(gang)、車險(xian)(xian)(xian)理算(suan)(suan)崗(gang)(gang)、95518調度崗(gang)(gang)、結算(suan)(suan)制單(dan)崗(gang)(gang)、農險(xian)(xian)(xian)理賠(pei)(pei)崗(gang)(gang)等(deng)(deng)31個一線崗(gang)(gang)位。
打造平臺(tai),實現數字(zi)員工統一管理
人保財(cai)險科技運(yun)營(ying)部自主研(yan)發數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員工運(yun)營(ying)管理平(ping)臺,實現數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員工的(de)集中統一管理。平(ping)臺具備RPA產品許可(ke)(ke)管理、流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)狀態管理、流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)上(shang)線審核、流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)監控、流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)審計(ji)(ji)等功能(neng)。平(ping)臺搭建(jian)了流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)商店(dian),將(jiang)基礎、通(tong)用、可(ke)(ke)復用的(de)流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)或組(zu)件進行(xing)(xing)封裝并(bing)上(shang)架(jia),促進通(tong)用流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和組(zu)件共享,減少重復開發。為了更好(hao)地計(ji)(ji)量統計(ji)(ji)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員工的(de)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)效能(neng),平(ping)臺定義了流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)效能(neng)指標并(bing)開發了標準化的(de)計(ji)(ji)算(suan)模塊,嵌(qian)入各個流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)腳本(ben),一旦流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)即(ji)可(ke)(ke)自動記錄流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)效能(neng)并(bing)將(jiang)數(shu)據(ju)同步至平(ping)臺,并(bing)通(tong)過平(ping)臺數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員工效能(neng)看板進行(xing)(xing)統計(ji)(ji)和展示。對于集中部署的(de)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員工,人保財(cai)險開辟專(zhuan)門的(de)辦公室,由(you)專(zhuan)人進行(xing)(xing)統一規范化管理,集中進行(xing)(xing)調度,實現機器人資源的(de)合理調配,形成規模化應用。
強化管(guan)控(kong),確保數字員工安全運行
人(ren)保(bao)(bao)財(cai)險采用(yong)多種安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)控(kong)舉措,確保(bao)(bao)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)合規運(yun)行(xing)(xing)。一是(shi)加強數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)賬(zhang)(zhang)號(hao)(hao)及權(quan)(quan)限(xian)(xian)管(guan)理(li)。修訂《信息(xi)(xi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)賬(zhang)(zhang)號(hao)(hao)管(guan)理(li)辦法》,明(ming)確定義并區分數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)賬(zhang)(zhang)號(hao)(hao)和(he)內部(bu)用(yong)戶(hu)賬(zhang)(zhang)號(hao)(hao),要求為(wei)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)單獨分配(pei)信息(xi)(xi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)賬(zhang)(zhang)號(hao)(hao),參照(zhao)內部(bu)用(yong)戶(hu)賬(zhang)(zhang)號(hao)(hao)管(guan)理(li)要求進行(xing)(xing)申請(qing)、審(shen)核和(he)審(shen)批,并指定內部(bu)人(ren)員(yuan)作為(wei)其賬(zhang)(zhang)號(hao)(hao)責任(ren)人(ren)。嚴格控(kong)制數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)賬(zhang)(zhang)號(hao)(hao)權(quan)(quan)限(xian)(xian),按照(zhao)“權(quan)(quan)限(xian)(xian)最小(xiao)原則”和(he)“職(zhi)責分離(li)原則”分配(pei)權(quan)(quan)限(xian)(xian)。二是(shi)加強數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)訪問(wen)和(he)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)交互安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管(guan)控(kong)。開展流程設計架構評審(shen)和(he)代(dai)碼審(shen)查,嚴格控(kong)制數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)訪問(wen)權(quan)(quan)限(xian)(xian),禁止數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)直接(jie)訪問(wen)核心系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)接(jie)口和(he)生產數(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)庫,嚴格控(kong)制數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)發(fa)起的系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)訪問(wen)請(qing)求頻(pin)率,確保(bao)(bao)不影響系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)正常(chang)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)。三是(shi)對數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)過(guo)程進行(xing)(xing)全(quan)程監控(kong)和(he)錄屏,記錄運(yun)行(xing)(xing)日(ri)志,支持異常(chang)任(ren)務告警(jing)、問(wen)題定位和(he)事后審(shen)計。
技術創新(xin),打(da)造智能(neng)化、服務化員(yuan)工

2022年8月13日,在(zai)RPA中(zhong)國(guo)主辦的(de)(de)“第二屆中(zhong)國(guo)RPA+AI開發(fa)者大(da)賽”中(zhong),人(ren)保財(cai)險科技(ji)運(yun)營部(bu)憑借自主開發(fa)的(de)(de)作品“基于規(gui)則的(de)(de)風險輔助(zhu)處理(li)流程” 榮獲優秀技(ji)術創新獎(jiang)。

截至2022年(nian)11月底(di),數(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)平臺已在人(ren)(ren)保財(cai)險總分(fen)公司上(shang)線612個RPA流程,打造699名數(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong),涵蓋總部及33家(jia)省(sheng)級分(fen)公司。2022年(nian)以來,數(shu)字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)累計(ji)運(yun)行時長超過84萬小時,節約人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作量超過356人(ren)(ren)年(nian),有效(xiao)提升了業務運(yun)營效(xiao)率和人(ren)(ren)力(li)效(xiao)能,實現降本增效(xiao)。

集中部署(shu)的理賠集審照(zhao)片分(fen)揀機器(qi)人。在理(li)(li)賠(pei)業(ye)務中(zhong),在線(xian)理(li)(li)賠(pei)坐(zuo)席需要(yao)通(tong)過(guo)集(ji)中(zhong)審核(he)平臺對(dui)各個渠道(dao)上(shang)傳的(de)海量照(zhao)(zhao)片(pian)進行(xing)(xing)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)審核(he)和(he)分(fen)揀,工(gong)作量大,耗費人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)成(cheng)本高。針對(dui)這一場景,開發理(li)(li)賠(pei)集(ji)審照(zhao)(zhao)片(pian)分(fen)揀機器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren),通(tong)過(guo)RPA融合OCR技術(shu)對(dui)照(zhao)(zhao)片(pian)關鍵(jian)信(xin)息進行(xing)(xing)自動提取和(he)識(shi)別,將(jiang)識(shi)別后的(de)照(zhao)(zhao)片(pian)自動分(fen)揀至對(dui)應目錄,大幅(fu)提升線(xian)上(shang)理(li)(li)賠(pei)處理(li)(li)時效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。理(li)(li)賠(pei)集(ji)審照(zhao)(zhao)片(pian)分(fen)揀機器(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)自2021年年底(di)上(shang)線(xian)以來,采用總(zong)部集(ji)中(zhong)部署的(de)方式,共(gong)部署15名數字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong),累計運行(xing)(xing)22019小時,節(jie)約人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)1633人(ren)(ren)(ren)天,有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)提高了分(fen)揀效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)率和(he)準確率,在為(wei)理(li)(li)賠(pei)坐(zuo)席減(jian)負的(de)同時,將(jiang)數字(zi)員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)處理(li)(li)結(jie)果記錄在表格(ge)中(zhong),每(mei)日交由(you)指定人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)對(dui)結(jie)果進行(xing)(xing)二次檢查,保證流程運行(xing)(xing)平穩且風險可(ke)控(kong)。

處理短期大批量業(ye)務的農險業(ye)務機(ji)器人。農(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)具有受(shou)政(zheng)策約(yue)束較大(da)(da)、集(ji)中出單占比高、季節性(xing)較強等特(te)點。在一些特(te)殊的應用場景,如財政(zheng)部下發(fa)《中央財政(zheng)農(nong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)保(bao)險(xian)(xian)(xian)保(bao)費(fei)補貼(tie)(tie)管理(li)辦(ban)法》要求(qiu)調整政(zheng)策性(xing)農(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)各(ge)險(xian)(xian)(xian)種的各(ge)級財政(zheng)補貼(tie)(tie)比例(li)、農(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)集(ji)中承保(bao)錄單時進行海量(liang)(liang)影像上(shang)傳、農(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)理(li)賠大(da)(da)客戶案件(jian)(jian)抽(chou)檢要求(qiu)下載(zai)系統案件(jian)(jian)清單及(ji)影像資(zi)料(liao)(liao)時,業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)量(liang)(liang)巨(ju)大(da)(da)且(qie)對時效(xiao)性(xing)及(ji)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)質量(liang)(liang)要求(qiu)都很高,分公(gong)司(si)往(wang)往(wang)需要抽(chou)調大(da)(da)量(liang)(liang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)人(ren)(ren)員集(ji)中在數(shu)天或數(shu)十天內加班(ban)加點完成上(shang)萬件(jian)(jian)保(bao)單的錄單、批(pi)改(gai)或資(zi)料(liao)(liao)下載(zai)操(cao)作。為(wei)提高業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)處(chu)理(li)效(xiao)率,開發(fa)上(shang)線農(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)政(zheng)策性(xing)系數(shu)批(pi)改(gai)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)、農(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)影像上(shang)傳機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)、農(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)理(li)賠資(zi)料(liao)(liao)下載(zai)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)等農(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)。根據(ju)(ju)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)需要,快速(su)部署(shu)(shu)數(shu)十名數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員工(gong),完成短期大(da)(da)批(pi)量(liang)(liang)任(ren)務(wu)后再將機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren)許可資(zi)源釋放,極大(da)(da)地發(fa)揮了(le)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)員工(gong)快速(su)部署(shu)(shu)、靈活適配業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)的優勢,減(jian)輕(qing)了(le)基(ji)層(ceng)一線的工(gong)作負擔。2022年7月(yue)(yue),人(ren)(ren)保(bao)財險(xian)(xian)(xian)河(he)南分公(gong)司(si)緊急開發(fa)上(shang)線并部署(shu)(shu)15個農(nong)險(xian)(xian)(xian)政(zheng)策性(xing)系數(shu)批(pi)改(gai)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人(ren)(ren),共(gong)運(yun)行2個月(yue)(yue),完成23890單批(pi)改(gai)工(gong)作,節約(yue)人(ren)(ren)力498人(ren)(ren)天。

開創數字(zi)員工(gong)服務化模式的運維機器人。人(ren)保財險湖(hu)南(nan)(nan)分公(gong)司科(ke)技(ji)運營(ying)部率先提出“數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)服務化(hua)”理念并(bing)實(shi)現(xian)落地,自(zi)(zi)主開發“小(xiao)(xiao)南(nan)(nan)同(tong)學”智(zhi)能(neng)運維(wei)應用。一(yi)方面(mian)依托企(qi)業微信工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)臺作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)入(ru)(ru)口(kou),接(jie)收用戶以(yi)自(zi)(zi)然語言方式下(xia)達的任務命(ming)令并(bing)轉化(hua)為(wei)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)可以(yi)理解的任務消(xiao)息(xi),另(ling)一(yi)方面(mian)將各(ge)類(lei)運維(wei)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)封裝成標準化(hua)服務以(yi)便調用。各(ge)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)監聽消(xiao)息(xi),當監聽到(dao)歸屬于(yu)自(zi)(zi)身的任務消(xiao)息(xi)時則自(zi)(zi)動執行(xing),并(bing)將執行(xing)結果(guo)返回(hui)“小(xiao)(xiao)南(nan)(nan)同(tong)學”前端并(bing)反(fan)饋(kui)用戶。“小(xiao)(xiao)南(nan)(nan)同(tong)學”將日常(chang)運維(wei)中的重復工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)交給數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)自(zi)(zi)動解決,如車險投保預確(que)認、重新轉保單、電(dian)子保單重發等,實(shi)現(xian)運維(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)執行(xing),并(bing)將數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的調用無縫融入(ru)(ru)運維(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)場景,支(zhi)持數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的自(zi)(zi)定義擴展和快速接(jie)入(ru)(ru),實(shi)現(xian)“數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)服務化(hua)”模式。人(ren)保財險科(ke)技(ji)運營(ying)部基于(yu)湖(hu)南(nan)(nan)分公(gong)司創新探索,打造(zao)統頒(ban)“人(ren)保小(xiao)(xiao)智(zhi)”智(zhi)能(neng)運維(wei)應用并(bing)進(jin)行(xing)全(quan)國推廣(guang)。
